For Massage Therapy treatments you dress down to your level of comfort. You can discuss your level of comfort with your clinician. Many people dress down to their underwear, some people wear more and some wear less. How ever you are most comfortable is best!

This is a myth. Massage therapy does not need to be painful to be productive. We love deep tissue around here, and a “hurts so good” is great but anything beyond that can be negate tissue recovery and the nervous system.

Yes! We direct bill most major insurance companies. Any company included in Telus Health, Blue Cross, and Sunlife. Feel free to check with us beforehand if we bill your company!
Just a heads up, some health insurance plans require a doctor’s note for massage therapy coverage. Please check your policy details with your coverage provider before your appointment.
We do not direct bill Greenshield or Motor Vehicle insurances.

You bet! When a treatment or injury calls for a specific modality we will discuss this with you. Modalities we sometimes use include: myofascial cupping, IASTM, Gua Sha, trigger point and adhesion release.
